Its main task is to provide warmth without additional weight, while ensuring great freedom of movement and maximum comfort. The mediumthickness polar at 260 gsm features a fine structure of the knit, composed of miniature tubes filled with air. This makes the material relatively lightweight while also providing good thermal comfort. Additionally, it has hydrophobic properties, which means that after being taken out of the washing machine, it is practically dry. Due to its construction, it does not wrinkle and retains its shape for many seasons. The mediumweight polar is one of the most commonly found models, as it works well as both outerwear and an internal insulating layer.
